If Breaking Dawn became a movie...

Throughout the book I was thinking about if Breaking Dawn became a movie, what would it look like? I was just wondering if anyone else thought about it and if they have specific moments that stick out. What would be interesting to see? or not see? Steph said she would like to see two movies...so where would you break it up (maybe keep it to one)? Or any other thoughts you might have...

The Wedding.

I think that would be the most interesting to me.

MY first thoughts:
-Kristen GOOD LUCK! (and even SM said, "Poor Kristen, the things I make her do." I mean can you imagine what she must be thinking once she read this book...maybe something along the lines of holy cow I get pregnant and I can't keep my hands off Rob!?!
-All those vamps would be AWESOME to see (but their powers might be hard to show)
-I would split the movies: 1) Bella becomes a wife-mom-vampire 2) Volturi madness

I want to know how they are going to show superpowers like Bella's sheild. If they show it as a solid object that will look really weird and people might think the Volturi are also able to see it. If they don't show it at all, no one will know what Bella's doing.

I would like to see the midnight swim on Isle Esme and i think quite a few people would agree!!

The pregnancy would be both exciting and absolutely repulsive on screen but it's supposed to be.

I can't wait to see the part where Jake throws a bowl at Rosalie's head, that has to be a favourite moment!

I'll also be interested to see how they show Bella's transformation. It would be amazing if they show it from her perspective.

I think the best place to split it is between books 2 and 3.

All I can say about the movie is Poor Kirsten and Rob!
Although I have to say, I think Rob would have quite a bit of fun during the first night of Vampy-dom
Rensemee is going to be a challenge and I have a really hard time picturing Kirsten Stewart A.) in a wedding dress B.) pregnant and C.) a mom

It's weird at the beginning of the summer I was really worried about how the movie would turn out. Since I saw a horribly edited clip on the MTV Movie Awards (the ballet scene) I thought they were gong to ruin my favorite book. But throughout the summer I found the extended version of that scene and watched and read a lot of interviews form the actors and director and such, and I began to think stuff like "Maybe it wont be that bad." I started to have faith. THEN I read BD and I lost my faith because for when I read BD I don't see these actors going through this intense journey and performing it well. I mean every person in this book goes on some type of journey and they all show different qualities that were not expressed in the first book. I call it evolution. It would be hard to portray that unless you really got that character and mentally went through that journey. And really cared about it, not just a job. But then again what do I know. I have really high expectation when comes to the movie. I just it to be able to show the feeling the books make me feel.

On a different note, if they were going to make this two movies. I would end it at the end of book two, with the last shot being Bella eyes opening and us seeing her new red eyes. That would such a good cliff hanger. Then I would flesh out the third book, add a lot, and that could stand on its own. I would go see both multiple times.

To be honest, all I'm really wanting to see on the big screen are the arguements between Jacob and Rosalie, Jacob getting mauled by Bella (nearly), The whole birthing process, Bella Turning Vamp...wedding and volturi MWHAAA (basically...the main plot of the book >.<)

Does anyone else agree it would be funny to see Seth getting scolded so many times by his fellow wolves? XD

The thing that scares me the most is keeping the movie PG-13 without leaving out the real experience from the book. Is just, Breaking Dawn is so much more "grown up" than the others, so that has me a little worried.

Not that I should care though since I am way past the over 18 mark, lol, but in my opinion I think Twilight movies are better viewed at a PG 13 level.

Breaking Dawn --- movie

I think that it will be great to have two movies for Breaking Dawn (like they will do with Harry Potter 7) because everything is essential. :D
